Due to the nature of a lot of our products, we prefer to discuss your application with our sales personnel. This way we can ensure that you receive the best product for the intended use.
Prices are subject to change without notification. Please confirm all prices before ordering. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. Payment should be via credit card (Visa & MasterCard, American Express, Discover), money order or cashiers check. Personal checks are subject to a 2 week clearing period.
Regular shipping is with UPS Ground. We ship with NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This means that the package will be dropped off by UPS without you having to sign for it. If you wish to have us ship SIGNATURE REQUIRED, please ask at time of placing the orders. All lossed need to be reported within 48 hours of delviery made. Tracking numbers will be supplied on all orders shipped. Rush orders, special deliveries can be quoted on request.
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if it is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Products may be returned within 30 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging. We charge a 15% restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a higher restocking fee.
We do not accept returns for used or assembled products.
We will issue you an RMA number and return instructions on how and where to ship the products. Items returned without an RMA number are subject to a higher restocking fee and may delay the processing of your credit.
If you made an error and ordered the wrong products, and wish to return the product; you will need to contact us and request an RMA number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Orders are carefully packed, however, mishandling by the courier company or common carrier may result in damage. The responsibility for the shipment lies with he carrier from the time it leaves our facility until you receive it.
If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.
Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us or the carrier within two days of receiving the product.
Please open all boxes immediately and check contents. We must be notified of any damage or other problems within 2 days of you receiving your products. In order to serve you better, we request that you also inspect all of your products for obvious defects/blemishes within 2 days of receiving them.
Within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective; please contact us immediately. Please DO NOT ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving an RMA number and return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will inspect it if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product.
Slee Off-Road products are warranted for a period of 1 year against defects in workmanship and materials prior to installation. Warranty is is not transferable and applies to original purchaser only. Third party products are covered by the original manufacturers warrantee. Alteration or improper usage will void this warranty. Most parts we sell are intended for use in heavy-duty OFF-ROAD applications it is not possible to warrantee or guarantee the fit or performance of any items. Slee Off-Road off-road products and any third party products, which we sell may be subject to an large variety of conditions due to the way they are used, serviced and/or installed. Client and purchasers rely upon their own judgment as to the suitable use selection, service and installation of such products.
Slee Off-Road stands behind the products we sell and manufacture. However we can not be responsible nor do we accept liability for breakage or failure of parts as a result of rugged off-road use or reckless highway driving. Modification to your vehicle are done at your own risk and Slee Off-Road does not accept liability or responsibility arising from damage caused by installing parts or doing modifications. You should be aware that certain modifications and installation of certain aftermarket parts may under certain circumstances void your original dealer warrantee. Information supplied on this web site and in person should be verified by the user and Slee Off-Road does not accept any responsibility for erroneous information.
